This past weekend, I ran a 10 mile time-trial (a race without the race).

I harnessed my ability to hyperfocus, and for the first time, ran negative splits for the whole race (see image below).

Distance: 4 miles, with 4×100 strides

Type: Easy

Cadence (Average): 180

Cadence (Range): 171 – 180
